VODAFONE CAMEROON RECEIVED THE “EMPLOYER OF CHOICE” PRICE DURING THE CORPORATE AWARDS 2016
Douala, December 22, 2016 – Vodafone Cameroon celebrates the “employer of choice” award received at the first edition of the 2016 Corporate Awards organized by FabAfriq magazine.
The Corporate Awards are designed to promote companies that inspire change, innovation and encourage the excellence of their employees. This concept initiated by FabAfriq and sup ported by renowned organizations encourages companies to migrate towards progress, social responsibility, employee engagement, empowerment.
The criterias for the “employer of choice” award were: overall employee satisfaction, customer service quality, innovation, equal opportunities for staff at work, investment in staff training and Contribution to development.
This distinction is the result of votes from the Cameroonian public (Human Resources experts, business leaders, employees and job seekers) and VODAFONE CAMEROON is more proud that this testifies the satisfaction of its employees and its appreciation on the Cameroonian market.
